1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the koy855 website accessible at https://koy855.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces operated by koy855.
• "Company" or "we" or "us" means koy855, the entity that owns and operates the Platform under its international gaming licence.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses its content.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and/or bonus funds where applicable.

2. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration

To access the Services, you must create a single Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. koy855 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify any information provided.

You agree and warrant that:

• All registration information submitted is truthful and accurate.
• You will promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
• You will maintain only one Account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same name, address, device, or payment method — constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• You will keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential and will not share them with any third party.
• You will notify koy855 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• You accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account.

koy855 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

In order to comply with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) obligations, koy855 requires all Players to complete identity verification before any withdrawal request is processed and, in certain circumstances, before deposit limits above threshold amounts are permitted.

KYC documentation typically required includes, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account details showing your name and account number, or confirmation of OVO/DANA/GoPay registration).
• Source-of-funds documentation may be requested for high-value accounts or transactions that trigger internal risk thresholds.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. koy855 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC in cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). koy855 supports the following payment methods:

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be updated by koy855 from time to time.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to payment accounts verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.
• Where possible, withdrawals must be returned to the same method used for the corresponding deposit (the "same-method rule") to comply with AML obligations.
• koy855 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.
• koy855 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding internal risk thresholds. Processing times stated above are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or for accounts pending additional review.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

koy855 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and, in the event of conflict, supersede the general provisions of this clause.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• koy855 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, accrued progress towards wagering requirements will be honoured at the date of withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the applicable wagering requirement has been met, unless the Player elects to forfeit all Bonus Funds and withdraw their real-money balance only.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specific game and RTP conditions applicable to the designated slot title(s).
• koy855 applies zero tolerance to bonus abuse. Evidence of matched-betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming will result in the immediate cancellation of all Bonus Funds and may result in Account closure.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook markets (including Asian handicap / voor bola, mix parlay, and correct-score markets), live casino tables, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws each carry their own applicable rules accessible within the relevant game or market interface.

The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. koy855 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, or manifest odds mistake.
• koy855 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on any market or event at its sole discretion, including placing individual Player stake limits based on betting patterns.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of koy855's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Clause 16.
• Live in-play betting markets are offered where available. koy855 accepts no liability for connectivity issues experienced by a Player that result in a bet being placed at unintended odds during a live event.
• All game outcomes derived from RNG (Random Number Generator) software are certified by independent testing laboratories and are final once rendered by the game engine.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with game interfaces, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Colluding with other Players in card games, live-dealer games, or any competitive betting format.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage; any gains obtained through such exploitation are void and subject to recovery.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy primarily designed to extract bonus value rather than engage with the Platform as genuine entertainment.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing koy855 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

koy855 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among our Player community. The following tools are available to all registered Players free of charge and without requiring a support-ticket request to activate:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable from your Account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds applied over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session expiry after a Player-defined period of continuous activity.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying time elapsed and net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of betting activity for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks, selectable by the Player.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of koy855 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from koy855.
• Use any koy855 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koy855 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

koy855's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Services, regardless of the basis of the claim (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise), shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

koy855 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
• The Platform or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components (although we take all reasonable precautions to ensure this is the case).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits koy855's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

koy855 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data-handling commitments include:

• Data is retained only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

koy855 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 15. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the Account and the agreement constituted by these Terms at any time.

Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deducting any applicable Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC.

Termination by koy855: koy855 may suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your Account.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or law-enforcement authority.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of your Account creates an unacceptable risk under our AML or responsible-gaming obligations.

Upon termination for breach, koy855 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any verified real-money balance will be returned within 30 days of Account closure.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koy855 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall first be submitted to koy855's internal dispute resolution process as follows:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact our customer support team at [email protected] describing the nature of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours (WIB) and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved at Step 1 to your satisfaction, you may request escalation to our Compliance Officer. We will provide a final written decision within 28 business days of escalation.
3. Step 3 — Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by koy855. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
